I am a letter carrier for one of the major mail delivery services in the country.

It used to be Provide a faithful and consistently good SERVICE to our customers. But lately it seems it is more about the making "the numbers so that the bosses get bigger bonuses. Although customer service is given a lot of lip service.

I work in the strange corner, with a bunch of slightly disgruntled workers, and 1 management suck up.
